Return Policy

If for any reason the piece you got just isn't what you expected, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or full refund less the shipping charges.

Returned items must be sent back in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns on any items that we feel have been used or damaged.

Please allow up to two weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.

If you would like to return an item for exchange, please email us at yhmercatntile@gmail.com to check if we have your size available. We can then hold the item for you until we receive the returned item to be exchanged. Shipping charges will apply.

We also offer in store returns, so if you would like to return your item(s) to our shop at 1802 East Franklin Street Richmond VA, you are more than welcome to, but our in store return policy of seven days, for store credit or exchange only will apply.
